This just shows how important it is, and what people think of it. New years resolutions are goals which you set; to achieve throughout the year. These goals can be anything that you want to improve on. It is a good idea to start thinking of your new years resolutions before New Years Eve, because starting on New Year’s Day; you should be taking up on your action plan. On average, thirteen percent of the population which makes new years resolutions tends to forget about it within a few weeks into the New Year. The major issue with people not following through on their goals is the poor planning it is followed by. In order to keep to your goals, and achieve them; you should plan them accordingly. If you let others know about your achievements, you will feel good inside and you are more likely to stay motivated to show them what you can do. It is important to keep a detailed progress report; you can write one once or twice a week. At the end of the year, you can see how you changed your habit about something.

Don’t expect to achieve your goals by the end of the first six weeks, think of it as a one year schedule. You should follow your method of action on a daily basis for one month, and you will see your habits changing already.
